The Basics

The table below shows the basic prices in Euro for painting  the most common sizes of gaming miniatures of moderate complexity. Figures that require many colours and/or complex paint schemes will cost more (figures with complex heraldry,camo, etc.). Commissions for figures  smaller than the listed sizes will be considered, but they will cost slightly less in the case of 2-10mm figures. Other items like flags, ships ,vehicles are considered. The minimum order is Euro 20.00 (excluding sales tax wich is at the moment 16% here in Germany).I expect 50% of order value as a deposit in advance!

If you require a sample figure the minimum order does not apply!

Postage

Postage is easy you pay for posting your figures to me and I pay for posting them back to you.,

Note: "Foot" includes infantry or  artillery, chariot, and elephant crews; "Horse" includes horse and rider and is the base price from which chariots and elephants are calculated; "Artillery" is the weapon itself whether it is a field gun, ballista, etc.

These prices do not include clean-up of the casting ,removing flash and seam lines assembly (gluing of riders to horses, attaching shields, etc.), flags, shield decals.,basing I will gladly do the above but with a small additional charge per figure. (Note: some figures may be easier to paint before assembly particularly in situations where the figure is carrying a large shield. We can discuss this before finalizing the commission.) The customer can save money by preparing the figures for me; however, any figures that are poorly assembled or primed by the customer will be redone (if possible) and have a preparation fee added to the cost. The customer will be notified about any perceived problem and the proposed solution. The painting price does include the customer's choice of protective varnish (gloss or flat).

Returns

I  aim for complete customer satisfaction. By keeping the customer informed and by showing pictures of the figures along the way, I hope to have a satisfied customer before the figures leave my worktable.  If you are not completely happy with your purchase, I  want to hear about it. Let  me know if something is wrong and  I will do what  I can to make it right.
